you have books that I can take home? You may take a
number of our books home. We also can send samples to you of
any invitation.
How
soon must I order my invitations? BY INVITATION
suggests that you order your invitation ensemble as soon as
you have your pertinent information. It is always nice to have
them addressed and ready to go and not wait until the last
minute. We suggest that you send your invitations in the mail
at least 6 weeks before your wedding date. If your wedding is
a summer wedding or during the busy holiday season, we suggest
sending your invitations in the mail at least 8 weeks prior to
your wedding day.
Will
you help me write my ensemble and choose the correct font and
accessories? BY
INVITATION will help you write your wedding ensemble as well
as help you to choose a proper font. We have been in business
for many years and have the expertise to help you make the
right decisions and write a proper invitation. We also network
with many area wedding professionals and we will recommend
other area professionals to you at no additional cost to you.
We have many favorite photographers, florists and musicians.
How
long will it take me to choose my wedding ensemble? Choosing
your wedding invitation and ensemble is a process. You may be
lucky enough to find something that just jumps out at you
right away but usually it takes at least two visits. We will
work with you from the very beginning and ask you questions
about your wedding and the theme that you might have. This
helps us to find the “just right” invitation for you.
After we have ordered the invitations, we usually meet a few
more times to finalize things such as your church program and
any favors or accessories that you might need for your special
day.
Can
I get a proof on my invitation ensemble? Yes,
we work with proofs a lot. It is a foolproof way to eliminate
any errors. It is also a very nice way for you to see the font
that you have chosen and to see how the company spaces and
sizes the copy. We always suggest proofs on church programs.

do your prices compare to other wedding shops in the area?

cover “stuffing” the invitations and the proper
addressing. If you like, we also have a calligraphy service
available to you.
Do
you carry some really unique and different invitations? BY
INVITATION has a large selection of very unique invitations
and accessories. When brides leave our office they can feel
that their ensemble is truly special We have a large selection
of designer books and companies that few carry in the Valley.
We can also combine the handmade paper look with a traditional
invitation in the form of a “wrap” or a cover. It is
always fun to individualize your ensemble. I see many brides
from all over the state because we have a great selection of
invitations and our prices can’t be beat!
